At Kandle Stories, we aim to deliver your handcrafted candles safely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery guidelines to understand how your orders are processed and delivered across Pakistan.

🚚 1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable service.

🕒 2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Customized candles may require 2–5 working days depending on design.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation message when your order is packed and dispatched.

📦 3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities / Towns: 3–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Note: Delivery may take longer due to weather, courier delays, or seasonal load.

💵 4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on:

  • Order weight

  • Delivery location

  • Courier service policies

Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

🧾 5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan.
Please ensure your phone number and address are correct to avoid delivery issues.

Courier riders may call before delivery — keep your phone available.

📦 6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier service name

  • Tracking link (if available)

You can monitor your parcel’s movement using the tracking details.

🚫 7. Delivery Delays

Kandle Stories is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes, holidays, or emergencies

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving courier-related problems.

📮 8. Wrong or Incomplete Address

If a parcel returns due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges

  • Order may be canceled if the address cannot be verified

Always provide accurate and complete shipping details.

📦 9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear pictures or videos of the box and product

  2. Contact us within 24–48 hours

  3. We will review and assist according to our Returns & Refund Policy

❗ 10. Delivery Attempts

Couriers usually make 2 delivery attempts.
If the parcel is not received:

  • It may return to the sender

  • Re-delivery charges may apply
